Insolvency Supervisor. $85-70K. Administrator of Choice?
Working with well regarded Partners has many benefits including a healthy mixture of creditor and debtor based appointments and quality mentorship. Being a key player in the Corporate Recovery market, they have built exclusive relationships with several Big 4 and Mid Tier banks and are viewed as the administrator of choice by leading law firms.
Most appointments are in the SME space of businesses with turnovers up to $100M. You will work through complex investigations and assist with litigation pieces.
Recent assignments include:
- Confidential Due diligence piece for a PLC
- Trade-on administrations and successful negotiations of realisation of assets resulting in the optimum return to secured lenders
- Receiver and Manager of a large mining contractor
As a strong communicator you will take the lead in training for junior staff and play an important role in their growth.
Any exposure in examinations of directors and other officers; IA; and due diligence reviews will be advantageous.
