Working with well regarded Partners has many benefits including a healthy mixture of creditor and debtor based appointments and quality mentorship. Being a key player in the Corporate Recovery market, they have built exclusive relationships with several Big 4 and Mid Tier banks and are viewed as the Administrator of choice by leading law firms. Most appointments are in the SME space of businesses with turnovers up to $100M. You will work through complex investigations and assist with litigation pieces. As a strong communicator you will take the lead in training for junior staff and play an important role in their growth. Any exposure in examinations of directors and other officers; IA; and due diligence reviews will be advantageous. Cleary an internationally specialist firm. 3 + years local Insolvency experience. CA, CPA or IPA.

This role offers more than just VA’s, Liq’s and Receiverships etc. With the Partners sitting on most of the leading banks panels, there is no shortage of secured work. They have recently taken on several confidential IA assignments of businesses turning over 9 figures. There is a likely hood a couple of these could become formal. Interstate secondment is an option as well if you would like to get your hands on particular assignment.
