Insolvency Supervisor. $90-80K. No Liquidations?
Report directly to a Senior Manager and experienced Partner. This Partner has a loyal referral base consisting of asset based lenders, Big 4 banks and solicitors. Most of the work attracted is in the SME space and they have recently been appointed high-profile assignments. These include a current VA and a Trade-on for a group of companies in preparation for sale to a listed entity. In addition you will not be bogged down with Official Liq’s as there are other specialists to handle them. You will also be involved with business valuations, support for major litigation pieces, profit calculations and quantification of damages. This 2nd Tier firm has a high level of support for further training and development to help you grow into a management role. 4 + years local insolvency practice experience. CA, CPA or IPA.

Insolvency Supervisor. $95 - 84K More than Case Managment?
At your level you will be seeking a role that involves more that the day-to-day management of files and staff. It is envisaged that you will assist with marketing of the firm to lawyers and accountants. Apart from managing statutory obligations you will manage: - Cessation of trading, including disclaiming of leased assets and finalisation of trade-on liabilities
- Quantifying employees’ entitlements and dealing with staffing issues, including terminating contracts of employment
- Preserving, protecting and realising assets particularly cash at bank, debtors and stock
- ROT issues
- Date of insolvency report
- Investigating antecedent transactions, including unfair preferences, uncommercial transactions and claims against directors for insolvent trading
- Trade on and selling of businesses

Insolvency Supervisor / Assistant Manager. Up to $100K + BONUSES.
At this level you will be conversant with managing all forms of corporate insolvencies in the SME space. A desire to progress to Manager in the next 6 months and be a signatory on matters is required. You will be impressed with the young and charismatic leadership of the Partners. Their policy is not to pigeon hole staff but to offer exposure across all corporate insolvencies including receiverships.
The team you will manage consists of six people including a strong Senior. The firm’s bread and butter are trading appointments, DOCA’s and CVL’s. They have administered several listed companies over the past 18 months. Boutique specialist firm with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Ideally you will have 4 plus years Insolvency experience.
